NABARD and lead banks extend collateral-free working capital loans up to ₹2 Lakh at 4% effective interest for allied agricultural sectors.
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD), in coordination with the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, has launched a state-wide saturation campaign to deliver Kisan Credit Cards (KCC) to livestock, dairy, and inland fisheries farmers.
Credit Terms & Financial Assistance - Loan Amount: Up to ₹2 Lakhs collateral-free working capital loan for feed, veterinary medicines, and working expenses. - Subsidized Interest Rate: Base interest of 7% is reduced to 4% effective interest upon prompt annual repayment through the Central Interest Subvention Scheme (ISS). - Application Window: Weekly special KCC camps are being organized at all rural bank branches and Gram Panchayats.
